• If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, you may return it unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days for a full refund. This excludes any postage charges. You would be responsible for any costs of returning the goods to us safely. When returning any items to us, please package them safely. Items must be in original undamaged packaging in order for us to accept the item back for resale.

    All goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 12 months unless otherwise stated. For faulty items, please notify us by email stating the details of the item and fault.

    • In all cases, please notify us as soon as you realise there is a problem with your order. Items should be checked upon delivery for any signs of damage or if the item delivered doesn’t match what you have ordered from us. You must notify us of any damages/faults within 72 hours.
    • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
    • Late or missing refunds

    • Exchanges
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • Delivery Costs
      You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery charges incurred with your original order are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £75 in value, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot offer any guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
