Q. How can I place an order?
A. Select the add to cart option on any of our products, then when you have completed your selection, go to the checkout option from the top menu. You can pay for your items by credit or debit card securely through our sagepay secure payment system. You have the option to create an account with us, for easier future purchases, or to checkout as a guest. Q. Do the website prices include VAT?
A. Yes, all website prices include VAT at 20%.

Q. How long will it take to recieve my order?
A. We aim to deliver your goods within a week, although it's usually much quicker than this. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient day to deliver your goods. For full details of our delivery charges and other useful information, please click here.

Q. Why don't you deliver nationwide?
A. We currently deliver all orders on our own transport, which enables us to offer these deals at competitive prices. We are currently looking at options to increase our delivery area, but at present, we can only deliver to the areas stated in the delivery info section.

Q. Do you use couriers?
A. No, we only use our own transport and drivers, to ensure your goods arrive safely and on the agreed day.

Q. Do you offer any option for fast delivery?
A. We don't offer a paid faster delivery service, although we make every effort to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We deliver to some areas everyday, and all other areas are twice a week. If you need your goods urgently, please speak to us before placing your order and we will be able to advise the best option available.

Q. Will I know when my order is due to arrive?
A. Yes, we will contact you by phone once you have placed an order to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure you have left a current telephone contact number when placing your order.

Q. I need the items I have ordered urgently, can I come and collect them from you?
A. Yes, you can collect your order from us during office hours, please contact us if you wish to arrange a collection.

Q. Do all your products come with a guarantee?
A Yes, all of our products come with a minimum of 1 years manufacturers guarantee, most of them have a much longer guarantee (all taps and shower doors come with 10 years as standard, shower trays 25 years)

Call our customers services team as soon as possible, so that they can work with you to help rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Q. What do I do if I want to cancel an order or return an item?

Let us know by giving us as a call as soon as possible and we will guide you through the returns procedure. Any items returned must be complete, undamaged and in their original packaging and in re-sale-able condition. Credit will be given once the items have been received and fully checked.
