Delivery is free of charge in essex on orders over £50. There is a £10 delivery charge on orders under £50 for delivery in Essex. For deliveries outside of Essex, Please contact us for a postage quote.
Once you have placed your order with us, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order but its usually much sooner. If there is an urgency with your order, please contact us by phone or email to find out when will next be in your area.
Delivery is to front door, ground floor or into an attached garage. Due to the weight, size and fragile nature of the goods we sell, our drivers are unable to carry your goods upstairs for you. Our drivers will do all they can to help but they may need assistance with difficult deliveries, e.g. high rise flats with no lift. If there are any known obstacles to delvery, please let us know when we call you to arrange delivery date.
We try our best to keep delivery charges as low as possible. Once your order is placed, we will call you to arrange a delivery date. If you are unable to keep this date, please let us know as soon as possible. A failed delivery, where a date has been pre-arranged, will need to be re-booked and you will have to pay an additional £10 delivery charge.
We make every effort to deliver on time and in full, there can be rare occasions – and subject to human error – where delays could occur. We will always try to keep you informed of any known delays, but we cannot be held responsible or accept claims for labour and/or waiting in time for deliveries to arrive. We would always recommend waiting until you have received your goods from us before booking any tradesperson to install them. If you need your goods to arrive by a specific day/time, please let us know when placing your order and we can advise whether or not this is possible.
